Micropocket is a new word that is already heard by our customers. What are the features of this spring block? How does it affect sleep? How is it different from the popular Pocket Spring block? And in favor of what, is it still better to make a choice? These are the questions customers ask us, and we decided to answer them in this article.
There is no limit to perfection and comfort. Even falling asleep on the most comfortable mattress, we know what could be better: even faster falling asleep, even more confident back support and even more vigorous state in the morning.
We listened to the wishes of customers and introduced the Micropocket spring block. It is based on improved springs that more evenly take the weight of the sleeper and create an increased but uniform response pressure.
The number of springs is 1000 per one berth or 500 per sq. m.
Thanks to this solution, the endurance of the spring block has increased and the orthopedic and anatomical properties of the mattress have become more noticeable. As with Pocket Spring, it uses independent springs housed in spunbond covers. Both types of blocks create the right sleeping conditions and are designed for long-term use. How are they different?
To see the difference between the blocks more clearly, let's compare them by the main parameters.
Both options are made from high quality Czech wire. Only in Pocket Spring we use 1.8 mm wire, while in Micropocket its diameter is 1.4 mm. For both blocks, the springs are produced in the Come-For factory using quality machine tools. The final diameter of the springs for Pocket Spring is 6.5 cm, and for Micropocket 4.5 cm. At the same time, the number of turns for Micropocket has increased from 5 to 8.
By reducing the size of the springs, we have almost doubled their number (500 in Micropockets versus 256 in Pocket Spring).
The maximum load on one berth, which is based on Pocket Spring, is 120 kg, which is already a lot. In Micropocket we have increased this figure to 150 kg. This means that such a mattress will be comfortable for people with increased body weight, and in a situation if a child sleeps with you.
The warranty for both spring blocks is the highest on the sleep market today, and is 10 years.
The increased number of springs allows the mattress with the Micropocket block to more accurately adjust to the body of the sleeper. It has absolutely no inherent hammock effect. Such a mattress is adamant about any load. And the difference in weight between a sleeping couple can be 40 kg. In Pocket Spring, this difference is 25 kg.

Spunbond, from which the covers of the springs are sewn, perfectly protect them from abrasion, without interfering with air circulation. As a result, Micropocket springs retain their elasticity, strength and flexibility for a long time. Thanks to the same covers, the springs do not interact with each other, excluding sagging and deformation of the mattress.
The layer of thermal felt, which covers the Micropocket on both sides, is a kind of buffer between the spring block and the main flooring layers. The thermal felt protects the flooring materials from the direct impact of the springs, while maintaining the properties of the spring block.
We have chosen modern materials with a high anatomical effect for the Aloe Vera mattresses. Depending on the model chosen, the unique Soft Foam 2, natural latex, coconut coir, dense sponflex will take care of your sleep.
All mattresses in the series are reinforced with a Euro frame, which maintains the shape of the product and increases its durability.
Aero mesh is located along the perimeter, which perfectly permeates air and maintains proper hygiene of the sleeping place.
The layers are connected by Hot melt technology, which involves the use of non-toxic glue and multi-layer quilting, which reduces glue consumption and increases the airiness of the mattress.
