Recommendations

• after opening the package, the product should be inspected for at least 24 hours;
• the mattress can only be stored horizontally;
• the mattresses can be stored in rolls (mattress rolls) for a maximum of 90 days;
• the dimensions of mattresses or futons (which are transported in a twisted form) should be measured in accordance with the size declared by the manufacturer after 48 hours in a rolled form and on a horizontal surface;
• it is recommended to place the mattress on a lamella base (the maximum distance between lamellae should not exceed 5.5 cm) or on a horizontal rigid surface that has ventilation holes;
• during operation, it is recommended to turn the mattress at least twice a year; protect the upholstery fabric of the mattress with the mattress cover and the under mattress cover.

 

It is prohibited

• use the product for other purposes;
• bend the mattress in width or length;
• jump on the surface of the mattress;
• place the mattress on smaller bases;
• iron, wash, dry clean.

 

Warranties do not apply

• for products damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances (disaster, fire, household factors, etc.);
• for products damaged as a result of non-compliance by the buyer with the rules of transportation, storage and operation;
• for products with mechanical damage, tears, dirt on the facing fabric;
• on products with traces of outside interference, or self-repair.

Return

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "About the prisoner of sports rights" buyers have the right to exchange goods purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Excerpts from the Consumer Protection Act (No. 3161-IV of 01.12.2005):

• “The exchange of non-food goods of proper quality shall be made if the said goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a cash receipt or cash receipt issued to the consumer together with the said goods sold.”
• “The consumer shall not be entitled to give up goods of proper quality having individually defined properties if the said goods may be used exclusively by the purchasing consumer”.​ ​…
• “If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller shall return to the seller the sum of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, not later than ten days from the date of presentation of the corresponding claim by the consumer.”.

• Mattress Protector;
• Bed linen;

• Other bedding.

Please check the configuration and conformity of the model and size of the mattress to your order.

If you are not sure of the mattress you have chosen, do not print it out as the mattress becomes a B/O after removal of the factory package and is NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE!

Warranty for furniture for seating and lying in accordance with DSTU GOST 19917:2016.

 

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the design of products without notifying the consumer to improve their technological and operational parameters. At the same time, the quality of materials remains unchanged. The type of products may differ slightly from those presented in the photos.
