Mattress Notte Lite single-sided

The single-sided mattress Notte Lite with the dependent Bonnel pocket spring is the basic comfort at an affordable price. On both sides, the springs are insulated with a thermofelt that compensates for their rigidity and protects the bedding layers. The operating side is completed with a layer of elastic polyurethane foam for comfortable positioning of the spine and muscles. We used a strong and abrasion-resistant textile for the lining, and the top layer was supplemented with a lush synthetic. This is a 16-centimetre mattress of medium stiffness, which can withstand up to 90 kg of weight per bed. The product warranty is 2.5 years.

Mattress base:

• Bonnel is a classic pocket spring. Combines basic comfort and low cost. Each pocket spring consists of five turns, and thanks to the shape of the hourglass the springs do not touch each other, which means that you do not get in the way of sleeping unpleasant squeaking or rubbing the springs against each other. In this case, the springs interact with each other. Therefore, when the mattress is loaded, both the springs that are directly under pressure and those that are next to each other are compressed.

• Polyurethane foam - combines all the things you are looking for in the mattress: orthopedic and anatomical properties, strength, elasticity, hypoallergenicity, wear resistance. It excludes the appearance of dust mites and demodexes, since there are no elements that could support their vital activities. The material is also quite hardy and perceives cyclic loads well.

• Thermofelt - is an insulating layer 3-4 mm thick, which separates the pocket spring from the materials. Thanks to the density and strength of the thermal units, it controls the same spring pressure on the human body throughout the mattress surface. In this way, the mattress becomes more comfortable and maintains the right level of rigidity. The composition of the thermal mattress is a combination of natural and regenerated fabric fibres connected by temperature and pressure. The material is environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic

• Hot melt - is a technology for bonding the layers of flooring with thermal adhesive. The adhesive melted in a special container under pressure is fed into an industrial gun and then evenly sprayed as a spiderweb. The adhesive used by Come-for is ecological, odourless and safe for your health.

• Synthetic is a nonwoven material with a volumetric lush structure. Synthepon combines softness and strength, and is used as a filler in the manufacture of quilted fabric, thereby increasing the softness of the product.

• Spunbond is a non-woven artificial material in a wide range of colors. It combines durability, lightness, wear-resistance, and air permeability. It is thanks to these qualities that we use spunbond to produce Pocket Spring. Individual covers are made of this material, which protects the springs and provides the main feature of the Pocket Spring - an even distribution of load on the back. Spunbond has good thermal insulation, so it is used for covering mattress surfaces and sewing removable covers.
