The springless hard mattress EXTRA Carbon is a unique combination of modern materials. It is based on Extra Foam and Mono Foam, which create 5 zones of stiffness that regulate the correct body position. The upper and lower layer is represented by Orto Foam material, which combines orthopedic and anatomical effects. A special air grid is responsible for intensive and uniform air exchange. The product can withstand up to 160 kg of load and its height is 20 cm. The warranty on the mattress is 5 years.

Mattress base:

• Mono Foam is a medium-stiff foam. The material has extended service life and improved performance. We use Mono Foam for springless mattresses as well as a base foam. The main benefits of the material are its high resistance to wear and tear and its resistance to static and dynamic loads.

• Orto Foam is a very stiff foam. If you like to sleep on a hard mattress, pay attention to models with Orto Foam interlayer. These mattresses are also ideal for people with high body weight. We use this foam not only in hard mattresses, but also as an orthopedic base for softer layers.

• Extra Foam is an ultra-dense foam with high resistance to static and dynamic loads. We use this foam for extra-rigid springless mattresses, which can withstand increased loads. Thanks to its high wear resistance, Extra Foam has an extended service life.

• Air grid is a multi-layer material designed for free air movement. It is located along the perimeter of the mattress, creating an even intense aeration. Free air exchange is possible thanks to the Air Flow technology: the air grid is in direct contact with the mattress frame or the topper, which means that the fabric does not interfere with aeration. The availability of an air grid is a guarantee of comfort and hygiene.

• Multi-layer quilting is a layering technology that has allowed us to reduce the amount of glue in mattresses by 37%. Unlike standard sequential layer bonding technology, multi-layered quilting eliminates the use of glue on top layers. This method of sewing the layers together with the fabric additionally gives the mattress premium opulence, elasticity and attractive appearance.

• Hot melt - is a technology for bonding the layers of flooring with thermal adhesive. The adhesive melted in a special container under pressure is fed into an industrial gun and then evenly sprayed as a spiderweb. The adhesive used by Come-for is ecological, odourless and safe for your health.

• Spunbond is a non-woven artificial material in a wide range of colors. It combines durability, lightness, wear-resistance, and air permeability. It is thanks to these qualities that we use spunbond to produce Pocket Spring. Individual covers are made of this material, which protects the springs and provides the main feature of the Pocket Spring - an even distribution of load on the back. Spunbond has good thermal insulation, so it is used for covering mattress surfaces and sewing removable covers.
